[200q20v] FOG LIGHTS

That's funny, my 200q20v came with dealer-installed front fogs drilled into
the front bumper that had pretty much rusted out when I got it.  I yanked
them.  I also have the cubby, and there is no switch for any front fog lights
- I have no idea how they were supposed to be turned on.
