[200q20v] HELP! Fuel pump

Didn't someone post a while back (seems like 6-8 months) about the "new" 
fuel pump attaching stuff REPLACING the rubbery latching device?  I may 
have misremembered their description, but I thought somehow the redesigned 
system meant you had to install the basket arrangement (haven't seen it, so 
not sure what it looks like) into whatever previously held the flexible hooks.
