Hey you guys, there may be an application for an off center hole bushing in
the diff rear support in our cars. I have no BTDT on the 89 chassis, but on
a 44 chassis I once checked and corrected the engine CV flange to rear diff
CV flange alignment. To obtain perfect alignment, I had to lower the rear
diff rear support by 1/2" and rotate the engine about its vertical center
axis by about 1/2" at the engine mounts. How to check this alignment is
another story, that I could disclose if anyone is interested. Anyway, an
off center bushing would have been a godsend for this adjustment.
