Alex, 

You've been spending too much time reading Bentley.  They do show such a
device, but no one has seen or used one, even the dealers.  Just not
necessary, and static toe adjustment is not accurate enough to truely center
the wheel when driving, test drive and readjustment is the better method,
when guilding the lilly.
