[200q20v] Light Flywheel Benefits?

I'm noticing more and more noise coming from the clutch throwout bearing, so a replacement clutch isn't too far away.  I've got a Sachs replacement on order w/the bearing.  My question pertains to the real world benefits (for street use exclusively) of replacing (upgrading?) the flywheel with a lighter (drilled) unit when the clutch is replaced.

Qlister Keith Anderson is one of the potential suppliers.  Any personal experience with his or similar lightweight flywheels will be appreciated.
