[200q20v] Dash Lights

With the return of wetter weather (it was very dry most of the summer), 
I've gotten an occasional dim showing of the turn signal indicator lights 
upon start-up.  Light tap of the dash above the instruments with an open 
palm has switched these ghosts off.
