Taka,
I'm running Vredestein WinTrac tires, sized 195/65/15 on my 100CS. I
would rate these tires are "weather agressive", they're H-rated and are
great in the wet and snow, but also quiet on a dry road.
In your size, 225/45/17, the WinTracs are V-rated. Check out the
Vredestein site, http://www.vredestein.com/english/index.html for more
info.
