steer clear of Foreign Autopart rebuilds

My mistake and appologies!  You did say piston, not cylinder.  The rebuilder
may well have removed the chrome from the piston OD in a harsh attempt to
clean the part.  When buying rebuilt, one is always at the mercy of the
rebuilder.
