If you do a Google search on audifans.com for subjects like "avant third
seat", I THINK (questionable old-age memory, you know) you'll find postings
from the past to the effect that you cannot add the third seat to a vehicle
that didn't come equipped with one and that the seat wouldn't meet current
safety requirements, especially for children.
