All over the map? Not hardly. I recently (within the month) shopped the sh*t
out of these and found prices at wholesalers and "discounters" ranged within
$290-$310 each.  If you read my post about this, it was the dealer who "I" called
on a whim and found that the prices had dropped for full retail to about $260.
Presenting a "DEAL" of $400 each defies any logic I am familiar with.
