A recent discussion on the high cost and difficult availability of
left-hand drill bits made me notice in a Great Plains "wholesale catalog"
that they had several sets of such bits ranging in price from $19 to $85
for imported 15-piece to US-made 29-piece sets.   Www.GPcatalog.com  will
get you to their catalog request site.  GP claims to be the "wholesale arm"
of Northern Tool & Equipment Co., which offers the $19 set for a "little
more":
