no, I'm not....

But I've noticed a slight increase in requests from people sending
email to the admin address asking to be removed, and wanted to head
off future requests at the pass, so to speak.

Come on folks...if you subscribed yourself, you can unsubscribe
yourselves..unless of course you have an actual technical problem, or
no longer have access to the email account you were using for
whatever reason...
