Actually, the Fram 2870A does have an anti-drain valve as well as a bypass
pressure valve (allows the oil to circumvent the oil filter when pressure is
high).  If you use the Fram filters and don't want to have a bypass valve
(all oil filtered always) use the PH2825... exactly the same filter, no
bypass valve.
