airbag light (was: no subject)

For me the air bag fault occurs when I get some kind
of weird electrical anomoly.... usual the car almost
starts but stumbles and dies resulting in the airbag
light staying on for 2 min.

the demo version of VAG com resets no problem.
Although you should buy the software(Uwe has worked
hard on it), the demo version works well for our cars
which don't have as many communicate-able components.

Why read blink codes if you can just read the plain
text fault descriptions.

I've used it to reprogram the door lock/unlock
behavior in my wife's A4. A truly great tool,
especially if you have a newer VAG car.
