I've gone from the factory system (in which both of my cats recently
died
a horrible rattling death) to the Stromung 3" turbo-back.

My impressions are that there really is no difference in power delivery,
although it seems better over 5k rpm, just slightly.

IMHO, the 200q20v system is pretty darn good for a slightly modified
car,
I wouldn't bother unless you install a larger turbo, run lots more
boost,
etc.

I can't really talk about boost pressure because I've only recently
installed
an analog mechanical boost gauge.

Scott J mentioned the OEM system on a 200q20v is good to over 300hp.

Maybe I'm being an idiot and with instrumented testing, for all I know,
I'll
find out that the Stromung increases backpressure or something like
that. It
sure looks pretty, though. :-)
