Low voltage reading

Hi List,

I have recently had a drop in the voltage on my 95 S6. BTDT's on voltage
drops which might help me would be appreciated?
I do think it is the alternator, as it is putting only 10-12 volts most of
the time. It has moved up to 12-13 volts only to drop down to 9-10 volts once
I put the AC or something else electric back on.
Any suggestions on a good alternator would also be appreciated.
