IA III+ smog compliant?

Listers,

     I was wondering if the IA stage III (+) enhancement would make my car
less able to pass CA emissions.  Also, i can't find a price for the III+ on
the IA website, just saw the $695 for the Regular III.  How much more is the
III+?
