 Point to remember. Ned is a small business owner without a dedicated CS
staff. There are many reasons he may not be able to respond in a timely
manner.

 I suggest sending him an email clearly stating what you want to know in as
few words as possible.

 BTW, I've bought about a dozen V8 (3.6 and 4.2 ) chips and played with a
couple of turbo cars equipped with his stuff and have been very impressed.
