IA III+ smog compliant?

I'm pretty sure that only the 5kcstq ecu mod was actually run through the
entire process and then granted the actual CA smog cert worthiness.
However, I'd be the last person to disuade anyone from buying from Ned
however. I'm sure there is no question that, with all other things in
proper working order, the car will not have any trouble passing CA smog
test with the IA3.
