Weird AC Behavior

Thanks for all the suggestions!

I did some more investigation today.  It is indeed related to vacuum/boost.  It
stops blowing out the dash vents as soon as I get into any kind of boost.  If I
keep a nice easy throttle, I can get AC out the dash vents for quite a while.

I will investigate further and report back!
