Oil drain plug leaks

If it's the oil pan plug, that ought to require just installing a new
copper washer (about $1) and then tighten to specs (torque to about
25 lb-ft, and don't overtighten, as it's a steel plug in an aluminum
pan). Has it already been stripped, I wonder?
