A/C-Heater blower motor fix

I've done this one as well, and the only thing I used a steak knife for was
a nice juicy RibEye afterwards.

I read the various writeups, including the one on Chris Miller's website and
I think the whole job took me 1½ to 2 hrs (on the '91 200q20v) and that's
just because I was being cautious.  The only thing really needed is a good
leveraging prybar or giant screwdriver, if you know what I mean ;-)
