This was discussed here just a few days ago. A very common remedy for
this type of problem is to replace the check-valve at the fuel pump.
I almost did that job yesterday-- until I realized that the pump
would need to be completely removed to do it.  Instead of installing
the used check valve I happened to have, I decided to wait until I
got a brand-new valve.

Of course if you've already had the new style ("slim") fuel pump
installed in your car, there is no external check valve, so your
problem would have to be solved some other way.
