I'm not sure, but it sounds like a turbo seal failure. When cold, the
oil is thicker and won't get past the seal, but as the engine warms
up, it gets thinner, and the exhaust starts smoking.

The turbo in my 200q lasted 165k miles, when it started smoking a lot.
It also smoked white/blue smoke when idling. A new turbo was
installed, smoke gone for good..

One strange thing is that your turbo pulls 1.7, mine could barely do
1.4 just before I replaced it..
