91 20v Avant for sale in San Francisco

in the SF Chronicle There is a Black  avant for sale.
Looks like the one I checked out in July.

I hope the owner has cleaned it up. He has had Eddy at G.A.S. in
Berkeley do the maintenance. When I looked and drove this car in July it
ran really well it is chipped, but the car was a tired looking 200K.
Even then I would not have wanted to pay more than 7k. Mind you this in
the SF bay area where these cars seem to go for for than the rest of the
country.
