200-20V w/ V8 front anti roll bar (S4 material).

Kind of a tangent, but myself and a local amigo have talked about whether or
not the entire front subframe/swaybar setup from a C4 car would bolt on to
the t44 chassis. In the process we figured benefits would be use of a
different (newer) bushing setup/design all around, and being able to take
advantage of any geometry changes the newer setup encompassed.

Really more of a passing thought than something I ever seriously considered
doing. Time/reward ratios are all wrong in my book, but curious none the
less.

C4's have bigger front sway bars?

My '90 V8 did not have it, but I have one here from a '96 S6, which
uses about the same rear suspension. I know some of the later V8s (92+
maybe) used a rear stabilizer.. No other type 44 had it from the
factory..

I think the mounts to the wheel bearing housing is a bolt-on, but the
rear suspension crossmember does not have the mountings. It looks
pretty easy to weld them on though..
