[200q20v] Performance reccomendations

I need some advice from all the "experienced" 200q20v drivers out there. I
have been reading up on my car for the last several months, and have come
across several interesting things: a. the 1991 Audi 200 20v quattro can be
extremely fast if driven properly, b. if not driven properly, acceleration
and top speed numbers can be all over the place. (I would cite the various
Car and Driver and R&T reviews of the early and mid 90s with 0-60 times all
over the board...) I am searching for the optimum launch method from a
complete stop to 60mph+. I would like advice on all aspects of the launch
(i.e. optimum shifting pattern, systems to turn off, rpms at launch, etc...).
Please note my car is has no aftermarket mods, if this makes any difference.
