The 3B sump has a "windage tray" already, so isn't that "restrictor"
the only additional part you want/need in order to modify the sump?

However the Family Album shows that the stock 3B sump contains its
own "restrictor" plate which appears to be bolted to the bottom of
the sump. Does this need to be removed? Or would the urS restrictor
simply be an addition to the existing setup?
