  I say "amen" to  Brett's suggestions--and especially about
eliminating that [200q20v] prefix, which I find to be a nuisance when
trying to scan the subject lines of my 200q20v mail folder. I agree
that a good email filter should not  require a subject prefix in
order to identify postings from this list. Also,  some "filter
failure" might disappear if there was less cross-posting .
