Chris:

said wagon needs a new mid muffler $$$$ from Audi.
Doubt the rest of the exhaust would stand up to just having that muffler
replaced.

mentioned 3" inch downpipe & cat convertor and back exhaust is SS, and cost
me $400.
Larger diameter exhaust for turbo applications has its
benefits.  One  three inch pipe has more flow than the two factory 2.25s
has been discussed extensively on this and the S car lists, as have the
benefits of the 3 inch downpipe.
