Fan always on?

BTDT  recently with '854kq.  Bad thermoswitch that screws into radiator.

This question is actually for a 90 90 20v.

What would cause the fan to run constantly on high, without the temp raising
at all. Meaning this morning, start the car fun runs till you shut the car
off. Now start the car same thing fan runs while car is on.
