Whining noise under boost

Congratulations on your new aquisition!   I thought they didn't have the
200q20v (type 44 chassis) in Europe. Or is that our UrS4 (C4 chassis)?

Also check turbo>intercooler hose and (more likely ruptured)
intercooler>intake manifold (Michelin man) hose.  But in my case the lower
turbo-IC hose was split.
