18" wheels, what tires?

I have Compomotive 17 x 8 ET 30 shod with 235/45 Sumotomno HTRZII, and
that's a pretty close fit, but I think 20mm spacers may be problematic in
clearing the rear wheel arches (though I've got my winter wheels/tires
mounted right now)-- 15mm would be better, IMO.  I'm sure others will give
you their advice.  Can't say I've seen anyone with 18" wheels on their
200q20v.
