Rear Fog?

Ah--  I have seen enough interior/dash pix on Audifans, KarQ, etc, and have noticed a single fog light switch.
Come to think of it, there is only one fog switch.  Curious that it is only rear. Though I bet 90% of those in the US have had front fogs added by now...
