bucking above 1.1 bar, max boost 1.3

Thanks Taka, I'll check the WGFV tomorrow.  I should mention that I've got
an IA3 chip (with the 2.5 bar PT), so the boost numbers are probably off
somewhat.  I also should check more thoroughly my samco Eurocar
michelin-man replacement.  It did come with a small split in just the
colored part of the outside layer - I'll check to make sure that is still
just on the surface.

Does a failed WGFV produce bucking, or just reduced boost?  Both?
