Does this mean you wish to bypass the warning, either to use pads that
don't provide the wiring or just to disable the dash signal?  If so, all
you need to do is jumper the connector in the wheelwell so you have a
continuous circuit.  If you are asking whether you can use non-wired pads
and still have the warning, the answer is no.  You can't bury a wire in an
unwired pad.  The warning is triggered by wearing away a wire that's
incorporated in the pad material, causing a break in the circuit.
