I'm going to try to track down a wholesale distributor for 12mil Scotchcal
today. I'm happy to hear that some of you have cheaper alternatives, and
I'm sure packing tape is fine for sandblasting. However, I'd rather protect
against both large objects and sandblasting at the same time (they use big
red cinder rocks on winter roads in Oregon), and I surely do not want to
have to go through my insurance company everytime my light is cracked or
fogged (yikes!). I'll let you know what I come up with.
