[200q20v] AAN oil baffle

Any BTDT on switching to the AAN oil pan baffle (034 103 623A)? Did it help
keep oil out of the intake?  Or should my oil changes be 4.75 quarts
instead of 5?

I notice about a tablespoon of oil in the intercooler to intake hose, soon
after (5 quart) oil changes.  If I fill up 4.75q I don't see much oil at
all.  (I always change filter).

Would I be correct in assuming that I'm sucking oil liquid or vapor,
through the crank case breather,  aided by high boost, high rpm's?
