[200q20v] Dragging front caliper redux

Well, a bit of Brake Kleen and some scraping off of the rust and my
front caliper seems to be working again.  I cleaned the crud off the
retaining spring since that also serves to retract the pads slightly and
I thought it might be hanging up there.  I think I'll clean up the other
one this weekend just to keep things symmetrical.

The only bummer is that when I tried to remove the Torx screw which
retains the UFO, the torx head stripped out...next time the UFO's get
replaced, it's ez-out time.  Nuts....
