I would think it would be possible to do just the turbo+manifold, but
why bother...you'll get better performance from a $500 chip than you
will from $2000+ for the above two components, -especially- since the
RS2 turbo takes longer to spool up.  You should understand that
switching turbos will NOT change the max boost level you see; it
won't add any HP, because across the board, the ECU is the
restriction, not the turbo.  You'll have to talk to Ned about getting
new chips for the ECU.

The manifold is a smart investment if you plan on running high levels
of boost etc, but otherwise adds only minimal power in and of
itself...less than 10hp I think.

The ECU, injectors, and MAF are a package together...you can't
partially upgrade.

Nope,  cams have nothing to do with not enough fuel(or too much fuel.)

Correct, they're higher flow for the same pulse width+pressure, one
of the reasons for the ECU mod.
