[200q20v] Window regulators -- maybe we're on to something?

Ah, maybe we're on to something here!

There is absolutely *no* risk of this window falling
down by itself.  One must actually force it down with
the hands.  I had not considered the amount of force
to be excessive, but it definitely requires
"encouragement".  Could this be why the original
mechanism failed?

How does one adjust this?  The Bentley is rather
obtuse on this topic.
