You can indeed repair all these switches with lamps from Radio Slack,
etc. The lamp must be soldered in very carefully so that things fit on
re-assembly.

When you pry the seat heater switches apart, be very careful to not
loose the very small ball bearing that acts as the detent for the
switch positions. Also, I drilled out the red plastic hole for the
lamp to increase lamp life, and it appears to have worked.
