[200q20v] Voodoo and UUC knobs

Voodoo Bob informed me that he no longer makes a knob for the Audi. A $35
knob would have at least made it easier for me to take a stab at refinishing
the original.  Maybe I ought to consider a trip to the Audi junk yard for a
temporary unit as Wolff suggested.

That RKII is looking better all the time...especially with it's added weight.
 I could do without their logo, otherwise it looks pretty good to me.  Taka,
are you using a titanium, SS or Magnum version of the Rob Knob, or is the
aluminum unit heavier than stock?
