[200q20v] Oxygenated fuel - list of things to check

Glen,

I think when it hasn't been replaced it becomes a "fool filter," as in it
fools you into believing everything is ok.  "Uh, it looks fine."

Actually, I replaced it at my last t-belt interval about a year ago, which
mileage I wrote down luckily, because the number doesn't just jump out in my
head.  I think about 20k ago though.
