Dan,

Since you are going to have new speakers in the back eventually why don't you
just run new wires now and skip the adapter? I never use adapters, I always
run new wires. From my experience, they never work right.

Just a thought.

PS. I don't know if I can get in on the group buy for the headlights yet
(financial issues) but  I'll let you know if I can. For right now, just count
