recall LM

GRRRRRRRRR.  So sick of this recall stuff.  My local dealer wants me to
drive the car in.  40 min. from me.  They will then decide if it is needing
to be fixed based on whether the capacitors are leaking.  I have the recall
paper in hand.  Says nothing about deciding if the caps are leaking.  It say
REPLACE the amps.
