steering column in/out process for ign key and lock

Steering wheel removal is straightforward, I have it down to under
5 minutes after several rounds of InstClus removal.

The airbag is the only touchy bit, disconnect the battery and the
backup power unit.

There are two torx (#27?) screws accessed thru holes in the back
of the wheel.  The 24mm nut that holds the wheel is under the horn
pad.  Two phillips screws come out from below the switch housing
covers.  Pull the cover and disconnect the plug at the right.

Wheel Off.
