F/R Brake pad suggestions??

This is probably a redundant question, but I have been "off
list" for awhile.

My UFO discs are holding up nicely, but it is time to
replace all four pads. The Avant has a fancy exhaust
manifold, an IA III+ chip, and 235X45  S03's on big BBS
rims. Which aftermarket pads will enhance my stopping
power??
