I did all the switch tests in the Bentley and they work, for the most
part.
When testing at the rear switch, I only see 8v when lowering/raising
rather than 12v, but this was with the key on and car not running.

To confirm a bad motor, do I need to remove the inner door panel and
jump power to the motor?  From the diagram, looks like I can't do it
from the switch wiring.
