non quattro 200 20V's

To the best of my knowledge, only quattro versions of the 200 in 1991 had
the 20v motor in the U.S (though I don't know about Canada).  The 20v turbo
motor was available in Europe without quattro.

import numbers for a long time but I don't remember what the reported source
